Man and his World: the Challenge of Sustainability
Main Article Content
Abstract
If we think of biology, there are no laws that are necessary, predetermined; there is instead, a reality in constant evolution. This is evident with the development of phenomena related to each other but substantially different from one another. Biology, therefore, is in our opinion the useful model for re-establishing an economic science that is more consistent with reality: the bioeconomics. Faced with the current environmental crisis and the exhaustion of resources, now increasingly evident, this is an attempt, perhaps today the most serious ever attempted, to call into question the very foundations of the system that generated the crisis which currently grips us and laying the foundations for an approach inspired by life sciences.
